Expert Answer: While the courts would not back the official relationship (Canon or Civil law), you could probably refer to this person as your step-cousin, once-removed. When your parent marries someone that has a child, they are your step-sister/brother. When your uncle marries someone that has a child, they would therefore be your step-cousin.
